There is no such thing as Third World or Is there?
Where is the third world? Hunger, lack of monetary freedom, destruction are everywhere. The rich get richer be it in Beijing or Botswana. And the poor get poorer.
Some time back there was this guy who used to talk so much about how the intelligent people create opportunities and do not wait for opportunities and of how it is escapism to blame the lack of opportunity.
Probably this young man came from a well-to do family where his parents have taken care of his essential needs growing up. Needs such as food, clothing, and shelter. That is why he fails to see the reality of this world.
There are people who do not have a square meal a day, who do not have proper clothing or electricity. Be it in the gutters of modern day mid-rise cities or on in middle Africa. These people do not have basic amenities.
In a lot of countries in Africa when it rains, they get cholera and other diseases due to the feces that gets carried into the water ways due to a basic lack of sanitation.
In some countries, the governments are run by overlords who control the food chain. In some places, the corrupt mafia controls the food supply.
People are deprived of their hard earned money be it from the Wall Street super executives, false investment gurus, or men with muscle who have political clout.
In India, the last resort of every crook, criminal, and corrupt mafioso is POLITICS, and Governance. They win the elections through unfair means, through their corrupt power rather than anything else and the nation sits in waiting for these corrupt people to cleanse the system.
Man can live without integrity, and perfection cause that is what we have been habituated to living with for the sake of survival and a few bread crumbs. But for those bread crumbs too there is a competition.
Remember Kevin Carter and remember "Wanting a Meal"

Today is no different...
Today is no trick or treat...

Question on Armed Uprising a.k.a militancy
When the state that is supposed to ensure individual freedoms sacrifices the individual for the collective or common good, and that too repeatedly, does the individual not have a right to fight for his/her rights?
Is that not the basis of any armed rebellion?
Is an armed rebellion not the basis of militancy?
And when a small group tries to fight the might of the state apparatus, all that they have are weapons...arms...a call of to arms.
Is a rebel not ideologically the most necessary instrument that fosters change?
If the first thinking man did not rebel against accepted ideologies, would we have had so-called innovation, so-called progress, so-called invention, so-called discoveries?
When reason fails, when logic fails, when all peaceful measures of negotiation, education, intelligence fail, the last resort is an armed rebellion.
Does that make me a supporter of armed rebellion? Does it in effect mean that I support militancy? Which in effect means that I am a traitor to this ordered world!
